HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Orders will be processed and shipped after payment is received and confirmed.
Courier Pickup Schedule

Our courier, The Courier Guy, conducts pickups on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Estimated Delivery Time

The Courier Guy typically delivers your order within 2 to 3 days from the pickup date.

The waybill number will be send to you via email for tracking purposes.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
​Return Process:

If you receive your order and are not satisfied, we offer assistance with exchanges or returns, provided that the wellies have not been worn.

If we shipped the wrong boots or the size doesn't fit, we will arrange for the couriers to pick up the boots.

If you want to change the order for reasons other than our error, you will be responsible for sending the boots back at your own cost.

Please note that no returns or refunds will be accepted after 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
Refund Process:

In the case of a refund, you can expect to receive it within one week of returning your package.

If you made the payment using Payflex, your refund will be processed through Payflex.
